We are seeking a motivated and experienced B2B Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential business clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This position offers hourly pay plus commission, providing excellent earning potential for high performers.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls and emails to businesses to set up appointments
Qualify prospects and gather relevant information for sales meetings
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system
Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to increase conversion rates
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B appointment setting or telemarketing
Strong communication and persuasive skills
Ability to handle objections and build rapport with potential clients
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Experience with CRM software is a plus
Reliable internet connection (for remote positions)
