Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced B2B Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to qualified business leads and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone skills and the ability to engage prospects effectively. This position offers hourly pay plus commission, allowing high performers to earn excellent compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and send emails to businesses to set up qualified appointments.
Collect relevant information about businesses to support sales meetings.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our database system.
Follow up with potential leads, build rapport, and work to convert them into clients.
Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals.
Requirements:
Prior experience in B2B cold calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing.
Strong communication and persuasive skills to convert leads into clients.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Reliable internet connection (if remote position is chosen).
