Looking for experienced & new security guards with a strong emphasis on customer service (GUARD CARD REQUIRED). We're looking for even tempered guards, hot heads & bullies are not needed.
About us, we're a live music venue that books all different genres of music & private events. Our venue is an upscale type of place and we are more customer service oriented rather than yelling and throwing customers out. We see some OI (over intoxicated) individuals and some smoking of weed/vapes inside that we will address, with the occasional hot tempered customer which we dont have many of and we handle those situations easily and friendly. Again, we're more customer service oriented and we talk our way through those scenarios. This doesn't mean very large guards are not welcome, I am looking for you guys as well, you are definitely encouraged to apply.
I am open to most work schedules and can work around your day job hours, BUT keep in mind that a vast majority of our concerts are at night, hours average between 4pm - 2:30am with 5 - 6 concerts weekly.
We also offer customer service (above & beyond) incentives like 5 star yelp reviews (paid in cash on the spot) & VIP tables sale commissions which are added to your check.
