We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Security Supervisor to assist in leading our contract security teams in San Diego. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in contract security management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and security.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the security team.
Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols and emergency response procedures.
Conduct regular training sessions with security personnel to ensure readiness and compliance with industry standards.
Manage the budget and resources for the security department effectively.
Liaise with law enforcement and other emergency responders as needed.
Ensure all security equipment and systems are functioning optimally and coordinate maintenance or upgrades when necessary.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in security, with at least 8 years in supervisory or management roles.
Proven track record of leading security teams in high-stakes environments.
Strong knowledge of security systems, surveillance technology, and best practices in security.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
Relevant certifications in security management and training.
