Bayside Networks is looking for a new help desk and on site technician to assist our clients with Microsoft-based technologies such as Windows and products within Office365.com.
Most of our senior staff started here in a help desk position here where they learned and grew over the years both in terms of earnings and responsibility level in our company.
If you are the “IT person” at a small to medium sized company, looking to expand your horizons and be exposed to diverse technology systems and clients – we could be a great fit for you.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
1) have excellent customer service skills
2) great follow-through on tasks
3) care about the quality of your work
4) strong writing and verbal skills (English language)
5) familiar with supporting users with their typical support needs – user account resets, printing issues, browsing issues
Also-
Must pass a background check – required by multiple clients of ours.
Candidate "must live in or be able to commute within" the San Diego area. Travel and onsite visits with clients will be required. Self-learning and a genuine interest in the field is also greatly valued. The position is often self-directing and will require a candidate to be self-motivated, adaptable, and resourceful.
