Your duties will include trimming, slicing, and deboning meats to ensure quality and consistency. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the meat cutting area, as well as adhering to safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in meat cutting techniques, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
