We are looking for an Experienced Dispatch Manager for 5 days from 8,9,10,11,12 May 2024 in a Flower Shop in El Cajon.
Responsibilities include:
1. This is a temporary position for 5 days.
2. The candidate should have leadership qualities to manage the dispatch of the flower deliveries.
3. The candidate shall pull the flower arrangements to make a route for a driver.
4. The candidate will coordinate the deliveries with the router and the Manager.
6. The Candidate should be organized and should not shy away from owning responsibility.
7. Rest breaks are provided as per the labor law. We give paid 10 mins break for 6 hour shift and 20 mins break for 8 hour shift. We abide by the state and federal labor law. 30 mins of unpaid breaks can be taken.
8. Should get along with seniors at work.
9. We have a family friendly and relaxed atmosphere for working. We celebrate birthdays and Costco lunches/In-Out/Pizza are provided by owner quite a few times in an year
10. Snacks and coffee are always available.
