Local real estate investment firm is seeking an enthusiastic team member with an interest in real estate and renovations. Our Renovation Coordinator position assists the Project Managers in facilitating the renovations on all our projects. Must be able to drive all over San Diego County for site visits.

PAY/BENEFITS
$22/hour + mileage & potential to earn bonuses based on performance
40 hours a week
Monday - Friday with typical work hours being between 8AM - 5PM
Eligible for 401k (w/ 4% Employer contribution after 6 months of service)

Fluency in Spanish
Self-starter & problem solver
Strong organizational, time management & communication skills
Construction knowledge/experience
DUTIES
Drive to each property in inventory at a minimum of once per week
Take progress photos of renovations on Monday
Conduct wellness checks for properties listed on market
Communicate issues and updates to contractor and project manager
Conduct quality control inspections
Attend home inspections and report findings
Order and deliver supplies as needed
Prepare listings and upgrades spreadsheet for newly remodeled homes
Assist project manager with administrative duties and other task as needed
Meet contractors, utility companies and city officials at the projects as needed
Pass out good neighbor letter and form relationships with neighbors
Assist Marketing Coordinator by taking photos and videos to use for Social Media
