Position:
- Licensed Real Estate Agent or Licensed Loan Officer.
- Great for part-time individuals who want to be on their own schedule and not have to pay any minimum office fee/insurance fee/TC fee, etc.
- Great for full-time individuals who want to keep more commission.
Benefits:
- First Transaction of the year is 25%/75% Commission or Origination Fee Split
- Second Transaction of the year is a 10%/90% Commission or Origination Fee Split
- After 5 transactions: 5%/95% Commission or Origination Fee Split + Broker will reimburse up to $1000 in fees (can be applied to MLS, REALTOR Fees, License Renewals, Continuing Education, etc).
- Flexible, no minimum transactions requirements, great if you do the occasional sale or this is a side gig.
