A rapidly growing commercial real estate development and asset management company is looking for an experienced Property Manager. We are in the Miramar area of San Diego, conveniently located near the 15. Our boutique firm has a hard-working atmosphere that values a proper work-life balance.
Must be detail oriented, well organized, and computer savvy with a "get it done" attitude. This is an early career position for someone that wants to build on their experience and get exposure to every facet of commercial real estate including development, brokerage, leasing, and asset management.
College degree preferred, at least 1-3 years’ experience required and holding a DRE CA salesperson license is a plus. This will be a salary position DOE with flex scheduling and work from home since we will permanently have an hybrid, rotational office schedule. However, this position will need to work in the office for the first 90 days during the probationary period.
Duties include:
Conduct routine property site visits including overnight travel.
Supervise property contracts and vendors.
Build and maintain a best-in-class level of service.
Resolve day-to-day property management issues.
Maintain personal contact with all tenants, vendors and clients.
Maintain tenant and vendor insurance requirements.
Provide monthly reporting of property issues.
Office and administrative tasks as needed.
