Lease homes and apartments by showing, Approving the applications, drafting the lease and signing the lease with the tenants. Take maintenance requests by phone and e-mail and enter into the property management software. Rent Collections. Vendor interface, educate tenants on current laws.
Experience & Requirements
Five Years minimum experience in the industry.
