Real Estate Investor looking for organized and experienced Property Manager/Administrative Assistant to help manage multiple property profiles. Ideal candidate has experience in Prop Management, construction, and/or Real Estate, Familiarity with Appfolio property management software a huge plus
Job Duties:
Primarily Managing rents for multiple properties
Assisting owner
Communication with tenants and contractors
Quickbooks entry possibly
Keep physical and digital files organized and updated
Bill-pay
Email correspondence
Tracking daily expenses
Property tours
Skills desired:

Proficient Experience with:
Appfolio software
Office 365 (specifically Outlook and Excel)
Mac Computers
QuickBooks
Filing Systems
