Franco Realty Group, a boutique commercial real estate brokerage in Pacific Beach is expanding and seeking motivated individuals for the role of Real Estate Agent. Experience and completed transactions are a huge bonus, but they're not required.
This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to Commercial Real Estate while having the flexibility to pursue residential sales. The ideal person is already a licensed real estate agent and actively engaged in their business or taking proactive steps toward building their business.
Broker split is Competitive + Negotiable
Qualifications:
Must have California Real estate License
Our main office is in Pacific Beach on Garnet Avenue and Fanuel Street. The position is fully remote/independent but we will occasionally meet in the office for team meetings. Conference room available for client meetings.
