Full time Roving Leasing Consultant needed for two Escondido properties. Experience preferred (or strong background in sales and customer service). If you are outgoing, friendly and energetic; have a passion for outstanding customer service then this is the right position for you!
The Leasing Consultant has the responsibility, under the supervision of the Community Manager, for marketing and promoting rentals. This includes advertising available apartments online, demonstrating apartments and community to prospective renters and securing commitments and deposits from prospective residents. The Leasing Consultant, with the oversight of the Community Manager is also responsible for assisting in the general administration of the property.
The leasing consultant has a scheduled base of 2 days per week at a 110 unit community and 3 days per week at a 137 unit community. Days off are Wednesday and Sunday.
Qualifications
Prior Leasing experience preferred
Able to work well with little supervision
Excellent customer service and ability to handle fast paced work environment
Yieldstar or other rent price optimizing experience a plus
Onesite Leasing and Rents experience a plus
Must have reliable transportation source
