Schedule is as follows:
Saturdays and Sundays at the facility and office located at 10046 River Rd, Lakeside, CA 92040. Must have a car and updated insurance.
General skills needed are basic "people" and sales skills, Windows based software ability, basic math, and accounting, clerical and janitorial skills. The job is a little bit property manager, a little bit customer service rep, a little bit bill collector, A LOT of janitorial, a little bit maintenance person, a little bit rental agent and A LOT of hustle. The work includes renting units, filling out rental agreements, entering transactions into the computer, collecting rent, posting rent, making bank deposits, answering incoming phone calls, "selling/closing" rentals on the phone and in person, selling merchandise like boxes and moving supplies, stocking inventory, mailing invoices and late notices, making collection calls, heavy janitorial (sweeping drive aisles and units, trash collection, brushing cobwebs), light maintenance, sweeping out vacated units, using grinder for locks, installing hasps and picking up trash. The job may require bank runs and office supply purchase, which requires current insurance and a valid driver's license.
