Immediate Opening: Well established, very busy, General Contractor with impeccable reputation seeking Part-Time and or Full-Time Restoration Office Project Coordinator / Admin

Who we are:

We are a local Fire and Water Restoration company with many years of experience and with an impeccable reputation, that continues to grow. We work daily with homeowners, contractors, and insurance professionals. We are looking for a office assistant that is willing to learn the skills of a project coordinator to make sure our office and projects run smoothly so that our customers attain a great experience.

Position Overview:

Part Time hours Available with flexible hours. 30 plus hours a week. Flexible hours.

This is a highly detailed position that maintains daily QuickBooks accounting and coordinates the paperwork and administrative tasks for restoration projects. Must be able to work independently and be self-directed. Good strong communication abilities, bilingual in Spanish is a plus, Good communication skills and problem-solving skills are a must! Experience in QuickBooks /Word/Excel, required and any project cloud-based management software is a big plus.

Clear knowledge of QuickBooks is a must. Accounts payable, receivable and detailed invoicing.

Duties include but are not limited to:

 Assist with QuickBooks accounts payable and receivable processing and follow-up

 Excellent communication skills required

 Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures.

 Open and manage new projects from start to finish.

 Email and communicate with Vendors, customer, and insurance professionals

 Schedule projects and daily appointments.

 Help maintain and refine internal systems to manage and track projects and files.

 Strong customer service skills - meeting with customers, job walks, getting paperwork and change orders signed

 Subcontractor and field technician coordination

 Utilize Buildertrend (training provided)

 Budgets
