Job Duties
· Price and schedule deliveries using knowledge of budget and schedule requirements at Diamond Environmental Services facilities
· Purchases /quotes product looking for the best price and quality
· Report to purchasing managers
· Create and track purchase orders
· Check’s deliveries and invoices compared to purchase orders
· Cultivate a relationship with vendors to ensure the best price
· Adheres to purchasing policies, processes, and procedures
· Track cores, warranty items, and returns (parts)
· Data inputting & be able to generate reports from Fleet Maintenance system.
· Follow all company rules, policies, and procedures including promptly reporting for duty as scheduled (Full-time work)
· Avoid any activity that could adversely affect the company’s brand and image
· Complete all assigned work and related record-keeping in a timely manor
· Consistently meet all company standards for safety, service and productivity results
Position Requirements
· Full-time employees must be available weekends, holidays, and all shifts based on customer & business needs
· Maintain a Valid Driver License
· Ability to bend/stoop, climb, stand and sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
· Have knowledge of trucks & equipment
