The candidate for this role must be able to work effectively, pay attention to details, and have excellent multitasking and prioritization skills. Must be able to collaborate with all agency personnel, including the directors, program coordinators, HR coordinator, service coordinators at the San Diego Regional Center, and participants. Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Must be proactive and keep up to date on all daily operations in the office and out in the field.
-High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
-Must be able to work in the U.S.
-Attention to detail, grammar, spelling, and punctuation to effectively communicate standard information.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Mail, Sheets, and its functions is preferred.
-Knowledge of Android technology and its function is preferred.
-Responsibilities
1.Maintaining and monitoring email communication and addressing incoming emails in a timely and professional manner
2.Collecting, tracking, and filing of electronic paperwork
3.Assist with HR duties as needed
4.Assists finding and hiring new staff
5.Assists with auditing staff files
6.Answering phone calls from the main office phone number in the event that HR coordinator is unavailable
