We are looking for a part-time Office/Personal Assistant
For a super busy Executive who is looking to delegate responsibilities.
Flexible hours, 10 to 20+ hours per week (1099 issued)
Willing to work on the weekends is a plus but not required
The preferred candidate should have:
- Excellent written and verbal skills are required
- Assist with various office and personal tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Data entry, internet research,
- Computer savvy with programs such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word…) etc.
- Mac savvy a plus
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite a plus
- Sales & Marketing experience a plus
- Be responsible, dependable
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must have transportation
- Non-Smoker
- College Students welcome
Compensation will be based on experience ($20 to 24+ an hour)
Offices in North Pacific Beach and in Miramar, San Diego
