Militi Properties, a real estate holdings company, is looking for a full-time Office Support Coordinator!
This position’s primary function is to accommodate team members needs to help them be time efficient by keeping the office tidy and organized, scheduling and supervising office maintenance, driving the company car for miscellaneous errands, and assisting team members in misc. tasks. This is an integral position to our team, focusing on keeping the office clean and presentable for staff and visitors. There will be some heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) and a good amount of errand running.
This is an extremely important position on our team, as this position essentially aids the entire operation in running smoothly. Please only apply if you will take this position seriously, and are willing to put in hard work to make the office look and feel its best at all times.
Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Maintain cleanliness, brand and aesthetics of the appearance of the offices
Offices opening and closing duties, including locking/unlocking the doors, setting up/closing down kitchen and patio, ensuring that coffee makers are always clean, stocked and fully operational
Tidy and maintain all communal spaces of the InnoVision office area including a bar area (which includes a bar tap system), two conference rooms, a kitchen, two patios and three restrooms
Stock snack cabinets and refrigerators daily to ensure they are clean, organized and fully stocked at all times
Stock office supply cabinet to ensure that it is clean, organized and fully stocked at all times
Stock entirety of the office space including restrooms, paper towel holders, hand/dish soap, etc.
Receive and distribute incoming mail, and prepare outgoing mail including USPS, FedEx and UPS
Greet visitors to the office, offer them a beverage (coffee, soft drink and/or water), and inform the appropriate team member that their guest has arrived
Catering pick-up/set-up for client meetings, along with occasional coffee/lunch runs for the office
Assists with miscellaneous clerical and office duties as required
