Busy restaurant owners with two locations need a qualified person to manage various tasks, including bookkeeping, tip distributions and record-keeping tasks. Must have payroll, bookkeeping and accounting experience and be very organized. Knowledge of basic Excel is a must.
Must be willing to work part-time with own transportation. Flexible hours. Restaurant experience would be great, but not a necessity. Must be bi-lingual Spanish and English. Salary commensurate with experience. Great food is included as a bonus.
Duties include: Reporting payroll to our Payroll Service, monitoring time-edits, filing, on-boarding new employees, dismissing employees when necessary, tracking clock-ins and meal breaks, ordering products, reconciling cash receivables, assisting with scheduling staff, coordinating with bookkeepers and payroll department and managers, etc., etc. This is a fun and exciting position for the right person, working with great people in an ever-changing environment.
