Office Manager/Administrator (San Marcos)
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in office administration, including phone answering, QuickBooks data entry, sales, billing, and general office duties.
I need you Monday-Friday starting at 8 am.
Responsibilities:
Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
Data entry and management of financial records in QuickBooks
Assist in sales-related tasks such as customer follow-ups and order processing
Preparing and sending invoices and billing statements
Assisting with general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and maintaining office supplies
Communicating with clients and vendors via email and phone
Providing excellent customer service to clients and colleagues
Requirements:
At least two years of experience in office administration or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and general computer skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Positive and team-oriented attitude
