Our office is looking for a responsible and dependable office assistant. We are receptive to a part-time or full-time placement based on the experience level(s). We offer an opportunity with in-house training which will require computer experience along with the ability to focus, learn and retain training. This position offers great growth and advancement opportunities.

EXPECTATIONS FOR THIS POSITION ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Knowledge and experience in Excel, Outlook, Word and Adobe applications are required.

Minimum typing of 50 WPM along with being computer literate and well-rounded keyboarding skills are required.

Applicants must reflect diligence with detail, be resourceful and have sensible organizational skills.

Applicants must be capable of following directions and retaining details.

OneDrive, Sharepoint and Quickbook experience will be helpful.

Our office has a variety of positions, duties and tasks, the ability to self-task with interruptions is crucial.

TASKS ANTICIPATED ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Support and assist office members for HR, AP, AR, Sales and Service departments.

Digitally download, review, print and help to process vendor invoices, receipts and expenses.

Assist and follow up with new accounts, insurance requests, and other project related requirements.

Navigate between computer drives, file folders and documents daily.

Daily support will include database entry, copying, printing, filing, scanning and review of incoming email.
