Office assistant/ bookkeeper wanted for construction office
General office duties including emails, telephones, mailing, supplies, filing etc.
Invoicing, accounts payable/receivables, insurance certificates, prepare estimates/quotes, provide follow ups with customers.
Prior work experience in an office environment
MS Office skills, specifically Outlook and Excel.
Strong multi-tasking abilities and detail oriented.
Part Time - Flexible hours
Salary based on experience $20-30 per hour.
