OUT OF MEXICO is a growing company located in downtown San Diego engaged in importing and wholesale distributing spices. We are looking for a very bright and motivated person to work with us as an office assistant. In this position, you will be answering the phone, shipping samples to clients, sending samples for testing, tracking and monitoring client shipments, providing documentation for shipments, etc
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
Able to speak and write in Spanish
Very bright and motivated
Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Team player
Outgoing, happy, optimistic, energetic person!
Superior customer service skills
Ability to engage & connect with a wide variety of backgrounds & personalities
Assertive but not pushy
Thorough, detail oriented
Background in sales and customer service would be an advantage
Familiarity with QuickBooks would be a plus
This is a full time (8 to 5) position Monday thru Friday.
Salary is commensurate with experience and ability to perform.
