Position: Inside Sales Representative

Location: San Diego, CA

Schedule: Monday through Friday, In-Office

Wage Scale: $23.00-$25.00 Hourly/Non-Exempt

Quarterly bonus potential of up to $2,000 per quarter.

Job Summary:

Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual with a flair for sales and exceptional customer service skills? We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our dedicated team. If you excel at developing leads, understanding customer needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Answer inbound phone calls promptly and log all interactions in Salesforce.

-Respond to electronic inquiries through the internet, identifying potential sales leads.

-Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and set appointments with our outside sales team.

-Follow up on all leads with outbound calls to ensure a thorough sales process.

-Highlight our superior services which include long-term care placement.

-Assist clients with questions about upcoming events and serve as a liaison between customers and team leads.

-Send out client contracts and manage pending contracts in DocuSign.

-Analyze sales reports to identify trends and set sales goals.

-Stay informed about the competition and make pitch recommendations to attract new clients.

-Support the sales team with client communication and coordination.

-Update the sales calendars, ensuring optimal scheduling and labor allocation.

-Coordinate with managers to ensure adequate manpower for teams.

-Assist with marketing efforts for websites and advertisements.

-Handle client complaints with the aim to resolve issues before escalating to upper management.

-Support new company initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of inside sales experience.

- Exceptional time-management and organizational abilities.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- High level of integrity and professional demeanor.

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, QuickBooks Time, and other relevant software.

- Valid Driver’s License (Class C).

Preferred Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s Degree in related field.

- 3 or more years of inside sales experience.

Physical Requirements:

- Prolonged periods of sitting, occasional walking or standing.

- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 15lbs.

- Bending, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and repetitive motion may be required.

- Visual and hearing requirements for computer use and equipment operation.

- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical.
