Help Wanted: Personal and Office Assistant
We seek a dedicated part time Office and Personal Assistant to work with a husband and wife team running both a small architectural firm and a commercial photography business. Your desk sits in front of a beautiful mountain view (shown with two computers here), and the office has two dogs. The office is five minutes from exit 27 off of Highway 15.
This position involves many tasks, from administrative duties in the office to assisting with various aspects of our personal lives.
Responsibilities:
Office Management:
Filing and organizing documents
Managing schedules and appointments
Handling incoming calls and emails
Coordinating repair of equipment
Ordering office supplies, running errands
Assisting with marketing initiatives
Social media management
Researching random things
Light data entry and maintenance
Liaising with clients and partners
Personal Tasks:
Running errands
Booking travel arrangements
Managing household bills/ DMV ect.
Coordinating home maintenance services
Watering plants
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Office assistant or similar role
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
A proactive and self-motivated attitude
