Busy property management company looking to hire entry level, PART-TIME, front desk administrative assistant.
Property management, customer service or lead generation experience is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting, welcoming and directing visitors appropriately.
- Directing phone calls to appropriate parties, fielding questions about available properties, and setting showing appointments.
- Source qualified leads and set appointments for our sales team
- Mailing of vendor payments, owner payments and all outgoing correspondence.
- Receive and distribute all incoming mail.
- Following up on incomplete applications.
- Schedule viewings for prospective tenants and coordinate with property manager for showings.
- Scheduling move in and move out inspections with current tenants.
- Website/technology walkthroughs for prospects, tenants and owners who have challenges, including password resets.
- Create and keep current our company wide vacancy list with properties, details, and pricing.
- Send out move in/move out packets to tenants in each stage of their tenancy.
- Schedule turning on/off utilities at properties accordingly where tenants are moving in/out.
- Receiving and posting rent payments and security deposits.
- Fielding some maintenance issues reported by tenants and scheduling vendors to address.
