Personal Assistant for executive running multiple businesses. You will be working in a retail store while at the same time handling clients on the phone and via email nationwide for our other service businesses. Retail experience a plus.
Basic administrative tasks include managing retail store, answering phones, scheduling appointments and meetings, booking conference rooms, filing, light cleaning, maintaining an organized manner of tasks, and assisting me with these tasks while at work or on the go.
This is job is for a person comfortable in a fast paced environment who enjoys getting things done.
Medium or better typing speed and familiarity with using a computer and the internet required.
Good command of English required.
Speaking Spanish in addition to English a plus.
