Otay Mesa Sales Inc, a leader in the construction equipment rental industry, is seeking an assistant to support our rentals division.
Qualified candidates must possess experience in the filing of preliminary notices, stop payment notices, releases and collections. A strong verbal communication, organization and attention to detail are a must. Additional requirements include experience with Excel, Word, Google Suite and a willingness to learn and support the team where needed. Experience with Point of Rental system is a plus.
Clerical assistant position involves ensuring timely filing of preliminary notices, collection of outstanding debts, credit card payment processing, emailing invoices and statements upon customers request, resolving payment discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
