Protex Solutions is a growing engineering/manufacturing company located in Escondido. We produce high-end custom foam inserts for Aerospace, Industrial Tooling, and Consumer markets.
We are interviewing for a new position in the Admin/Operations department.
This position will work directly with our Operations Manager and includes the following duties:
Order Processing
Invoicing new orders
Prepare internal docs for production and shipping
Provide tracking info to customers
Check and track inventory levels
Because this position works directly with other departments, applicant must have good organizational skills and professional communication skills.
Experience with Excel and QuickBooks is required.
Training will be provided.
Starting compensation: 21.00-25.00 based on experience.
