Job Details:
· First point of contact for all customers and students visiting and contacting the school.
· Must provide student satisfaction by providing high-quality customer service.
· Assist students with applications, bonds, DBAs, Corporations, etc.
· Must maintain knowledge of all products and services to better serve each student.
· Maintain student records through the Customer Management System (CMS). Use CMS to track student progress and update student records.
· Address student and counselor’s concerns, questions, and or conflicts over the phone (inbound and outbound calls) or in person.
· support day to day to the sales staff at the school.
Requirements:
· Education: Must have a high school diploma
· Customer Service Experience: 2 years
· Administrative Experience: 2 years
· Spanish: Required
· Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks, strong phone and email (outlook) skills, data entry experience, and customer service skills required.
Work Hours: Monday - Thursday| 9:30 am – 6:30 pm Friday|8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: $22.00/ hour + monthly commission and quarterly bonuses
