Personal/Administrative Assistant Needed

Location: Del Mar/Carmel Valley, CA

Please note, this post is located in a private residence. All work must be done in person, on site.

Hours: Part time, estimated 20 hours a week

Combination of 50% business admin tasks & 50% personal admin tasks

Pay Rate: $25 to start

Duties Include:

My wife and I are both therapists with private practices and need assistance on a weekly basis with both professional as well as personal tasks. Professional tasks include but are not limited to understanding Acuity scheduling program and being able to troubleshoot and make modifications and confirming clients, managing client files, managing the calendar, signing up for and managing online trainings and certificates, generating invoices, tracking payments, transcribing notes, managing and setting up zoom calls and more. Personal administrative tasks include but are not limited to booking travel, booking medical appointments, online shopping & ordering, researching products, submitting returns as needed, paying bills on a timely basis, comparing rates from providers, organizing home files, wiping tables down in the backyard, cleaning coffee machine etc.

Skills & Proficiencies:

Previous experience with Acuity scheduling systems preferred,

Tech savvy – must be knowledgeable and be able to navigate and troubleshoot the following: apple products, printers, managing apps, technology geared in general

Marketing experience also preferred; able to post in, generate traction and grow audience using social media or local media/print/radio/podcast, etc.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work on multiple projects at once
