We are currently seeking an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to contribute to a thriving business while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant at Coastal Binational Financial, your primary duties will include:

Providing high-level administrative support to senior executives and the broader team.

Managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings.

Maintaining and organizing records, files, and documentation related to real estate transactions.

Coordinating meetings and events, both virtual and in-person.

Supporting cross-border communication and ensuring efficient processes between teams in the United States and Mexico.

Liaising with external partners, service providers, and stakeholders.

Performing general office tasks, including ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a smooth office environment.

Qualifications-

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:At least 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in real estate or investment sectors.

Skills:

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, and real estate management software.

Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive situations with professionalism.

High attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Other:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of real estate terminology and concepts is a plus.

Must have a valid passport for travel between the United States and Mexico.

Must have access to a personal vehicle for commuting to various sites and meetings.

Compensation:

Base Salary: $800/week

Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses, offering the opportunity to earn additional compensation based on individual and company performance.
