Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize office files, documents, input receivables/payables
Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate person.
Data entry and mail distribution.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets.
Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
Provide general administrative support to team members as needed.
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
Experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Must have transportation.
Education and Experience:
Additional certification in office administration is a plus.
Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
