Cutting-edge R & D company is seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team, ideal candidate will have experience in or manufacturing with small parts.
Responsibilities
Understand and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System.
Able to accurately use calipers and micrometers to measure tight tolerances.
Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to the Project Engineer/Supervisor.
Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills
Experience with microscopes.
Experience with small part assembly.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work with a microscope for 90% of the shift in a highly sedentary role.
Ability to work with small parts, including inspecting various raw materials
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Experience in medical device assembly and cleanroom environments is a plus.
Hours are 6:00 am - 2:30 pm + daily overtime as needed
