Assembler + Field Laborer

Looking for a reliable individual to handle field calls our company. You will be based in our warehouse in El Cajon. You will be fully trained on the equipment you will be working with. We assemble parts in house. The equipment is not complicated but the job is tough. The role includes long hours with paid travel time, plus the occasional need for overnight stays and out-of-town trips—nothing too frequent, maybe a handful of times a month. Certain jobs will have significant overtime. You’ll need a clean driver’s license, no criminal record, and the ability to hit the road when called. The field work is tough work and you need to be ok with getting your hands dirty and working on your feet for long hours at a time. Staying professional with clients is a must, no exceptions, clients will be present during field calls. Experience helps, but we’re open to the right fit. Will provide full training for the job. All you have to do is be willing to do the work and have a good attitude and you will succeed. Simple but not easy. We're are a close nit family and communication skills are a must.
