Secretary for 1 Person/Attorney Law Office
Solo Practitioner Attorney seeks Secretary - For 1 Person/Attorney Criminal Defense & Personal Injury Law Practice.
You must be super likable and personable and not shy on the telephones, be able to type 65 + wpm, be familiar with Word perfect and . be comfortable working alone in the office, as this is a 1 person/employee office.
ANDyou Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Law Office.
It is Helpful if you are Bilingual in the Spanish language, But it is Not mandatory!
The Ideal Candidate must be Extremely Organized and Neat, Upbeat, Bright, Personable, Energetic, be able to work in a Fast Paced Environment, be easy to work with , willing to learn, and be able and willing to work alone in the office.
You must be willing to learn ( if necessary) to Transcribe from Tapes [Word Perfect] , and Be able to work alone and be in the office by yourself; Handle multiple responsibilities with little or no supervision and Handle stress with a smile.
Job duties will include: Answering Telephones: Transcription (65+ ) request medical records ; Download/Organize Arrest Reports, Criminal Complaints, Labs records; Prepare Outgoing Mail; Filing, Copying, Postage; and Other Office Duties and Responsibilities.
Hours- (Potential to add hours)
Monday - Thursday 9:30am - 5pm ( 1 hour lunch)
Friday 9:30am - 3pm ( 1 hour lunch)
Transcription; 65+ wpm; with Word Perfect
Well groomed and Business Casual Dress!
$18- $20 to Start (Depending on experience) PLUS
Quarterly Bonuses based on Performance of Business. Salary Review in 90 days Paid Sick Time
