Looking for a paralegal for small employment/personal injury law office. College degree (B.A. or B.S.) is a requirement. You will be handling everything from sophisticated work like drafting pleadings and discovery, to direct client interaction, to basic tasks like calendaring/scanning/mailing. Mastery of Microsoft word is necessary as are general computer skills because our office is paperless, using Dropbox, docusign, etc. The job will be very fast paced. You will need to work quickly, shift back-and-forth between tasks, and be extremely detailed oriented and organized. If I can find the right person for the job, it will free up a lot of my time to work on more complicated tasks and increase revenue, in which case you will be rewarded financially. Pay starts at $75,000/year with yearly pay increases, and you’ll be treated with kindness and respect.
