SECRETARY: LITIGATION MEDICAL MALPRACTICE (FULL-TIME)
Insurance Defense / Medical Malpractice Law Firm

Minimum 3 years of recent litigation experience (insurance defense and/or medical malpractice experience a plus!)
Experience Required:
Must have knowledge of Word, WordPerfect, Outlook and Adobe
Type minimum 70 wpm
Good phone and speaking etiquette, writing, multitasking, organizational, communication and computer skills
Knowledge of California codes, court rules, discovery rules, medical research, court research, subpoena preparation, filing deadlines and procedures
Knowledge of trial and arbitration preparation
Ability to maintain tasks and calendars
Highly motivated, conscientious, detail oriented, self-starter
