We seek a junior civil litigation attorney (0-3 yr) to join our busy, well-respected boutique law firm, the San Diego Injury Law Center.
We are an expanding plaintiffs' personal injury firm located in Mission Valley, whose cases primarily involve motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and dog bite cases.

Our ideal candidate will possess a strong ambition to learn the ins-and-outs of prelitigation and litigation. We are looking for someone with some civil litigation experience, including drafting settlement demands, propounding and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, attending mediation, and assisting with trial preparation. You will have your own case load and will eventually have the autonomy to work them up as you see fit once you learn more from the more senior attorneys.
