Associate Attorney

Rosenberg, Shpall & Zeigen, APLC is a San Diego law firm, founded over 40 years ago. We are a full-service law firm that focuses primarily in the areas of healthcare and administrative law. We are currently looking for an associate attorney with 1-3 years' experience to handle civil and employment litigation cases, including personal injury cases. Qualified candidates will be expected to handle cases in the areas identified above, and may also be asked to assist in other areas, as needed. Candidates should have strong research and writing skills and the ability to handle a caseload of 20-30 cases. Ideally, candidates will have experience drafting demand letters, complaints, discovery, taking depositions, and preparing and arguing motions. Trial experience of any type would be considered favorably but is not required. Attorneys are expected to meet monthly billing requirements.
