We are looking for an experienced civil litigator to join our busy, well-respected boutique law firm in Mission Valley. We have been in business for nearly thirty years. Our practice is comprised of employment litigation, real estate litigation, small business litigation, family law, personal injury, and general civil litigation.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and writing skills
- 5 or more years of heavy civil litigation experience
- Experienced in pleading and motion writing; taking and defending depositions; attending mediations and Mandatory Settlement Conferences; and state or federal bench/jury trials, administrative hearings, or binding arbitrations)
- California Bar License in good standing
