Probate/Real Estate Litigation Attorney

The Stone Law Group, APC, serving the San Diego community since 1978, seeks a full-time associate to handle probate, business and real estate litigation matters including Will and Trust Contests, misappropriation by fiduciaries, petitions for instruction, partition, breach of contract and related matters. Applicants should have excellent research and writing skills and at least two years of civil and/or probate litigation experience. Responsibilities will include drafting pleadings, discovery and correspondence and attending depositions and law and motion hearings. Benefits include parking, medical insurance and year-end bonus.
