Ideal candidates should have 3-7 years of active, hands-on experience in chapter 11, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy litigation. All Levels are encouraged to Apply. Candidates must have an excellent academic background, proven skills in writing, analysis, research, and be a self-starter who is able to handle a case. Additionally, a commitment to superior client service is essential.
California or Texas license preferred but will consider candidates located anywhere.
