Seeking Associate Attorney to Support all Senior Level Counsel
Chihak & Associates is a Plaintiff’s boutique Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice firm proudly serving San Diego, surrounding counties, and States. Our attorneys have decades of experience protecting the rights of victims who have suffered severe injuries, illnesses, and wrongful death as a result of medical malpractice or general negligence within the health care community. We commonly handle cases involving cancer misdiagnosis, failure to monitor during anesthesia, surgical mistakes, catastrophic auto accident and major torts.
Qualifications: Candidate must be licensed in the State of California. Minimum (3) years of civil litigation experience required, preferably in Personal Injury and/or Medical Malpractice. Must have strong research, drafting, and communication skills. Must demonstrate a high degree of discretion, confidentiality, and integrity in the handling of personal client medical information.
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site in Del Mar, Firm of 6 Employees.
Compensation: Competitive Base Salary. Excellent benefits available with completion of 90-day probationary period.
