Consumer Legal Services of America is looking for a California based Attorney who can review consumer files for a Mortgage Loan Modification firm that has a Nationwide Network of Attorneys and onboards clients from 30 states. This is a long term offer that involves a committed attorney who is local to San Diego or Southern California. This offer is remote, but does require commute for meetings after the initial set up.
Qualifications:
Minimal experience is required as you will be upskilled by a seasoned licensed attorney
Licensed to practice law in California or other states. (active status required).
Preferably ABA-accredited.
Experience in compliance and consumer protection law is highly valued, but not required.
Responsibilities:
Review and supervise consumer files to ensure accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Provide legal oversight and consultation on file management and process optimization.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements in the mortgage and loan modification industry.
Compensation:
