Stipp Law Firm, APC is a plaintiff's personal injury and elder abuse firm located in Carlsbad, CA. Our team represents those with injuries from elder abuse, nursing home abuse, car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, defective products, dog bites, slip and falls, wrongful death, among many others.
Role Description:
This is a full-time role for an Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for the work up and litigating of personal injury and elder abuse cases. There will also be the opportunity to try cases.
Prefer on-site work, but will consider hybrid or remote if it's a good fit.

Qualifications:
2-5 years experience in Personal Injury and/or Elder Abuse experience (on plaintiff or defense side) preferred, but not required
Trial experience a plus
Able to work in fast-paced environment
Able to manage all aspects of litigation
Fast learner
Organized with attention to detail
Proficient computer skills
Research and negotiation skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar
Spanish speaker a plus
