Our practice is comprised of employment litigation, real estate litigation, small business litigation, family law, personal injury, and general civil litigation.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and writing skills
- 5 or more years of heavy civil litigation experience
- Experienced in pleading and motion writing; taking and defending depositions; attending mediations and Mandatory Settlement Conferences; and state or federal bench/jury trials, administrative hearings, or binding arbitrations)
- California Bar License in good standing
