We are looking for janitor(s) to clean part time
MUST HAVE VALID GOVERNMENT ID/DRIVER LICENSE AND SOCIAL SECURITY CARD (AND DOCUMENTS). MUST BE RELIABLE. MUST CLEAN WITH QUALITY. MUST PAY ATTENTION TO DETAILS. MUST BE CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED/VERY NICE/MAKE THE CLIENTS HAPPY. MUST HAVE A CLEAN BACKGROUND AND CAN PASS BACKGROUND CHECK PROCESS BEFORE HIRE.
We are interviewing for various facilities. Weekends (flexible on the time of day), Monday to Friday after 4pm and in the evenings. Also persons to cover. Also need persons who can do floors/floor techs.
Duties include cleaning and disinfecting janitorial work - cleaning bathrooms, mopping, sweeping, break room/kitchens, office areas, cubicle areas, vacuuming, restocking all paper goods/supplies, disinfecting and wiping all touch surfaces, cleaning glass, wiping desks and areas of dust, cleaning windows etc.

Tambien necesitamos para cubrir otras personas. Tambien necesitamos personas que pueden hacer pisos y limpieza del ventanas y power washing del edificios.
NECESITA YA TIENE TODO SO DOCUMENTOS (DRIVER LICENSE Y TARJETA DE SOCIAL SECURITY). PAGAMOS EN W2 NO EN CASH! VA A NECESITAR A COMPLETAR UN BACKGROUND CHECK. DEBE SER CONFIABLE. DEBE LIMPIAR CON CALIDAD. DEBE PRESTAR ATENCIÓN A LOS DETALLES. DEBE ESTAR ORIENTADO AL SERVICIO AL CLIENTE/MUY BUENO/HACER QUE LOS CLIENTES ESTÉN CONTENTOS. DEBE TENER UN FONDO LIMPIO Y PUEDE PASAR UN BACKGROUND CHECK.
Los deberes incluyen la limpieza y desinfección del trabajo de limpieza - limpiar los baños, trapear, barrer, sala de descanso/cocinas, áreas de oficina, áreas de cubículo, aspirer, reemplezar todo los papeles de banos, desinfectar y limpiar todas las superficies de contacto, limpiar cristales, limpiar escritorios y áreas de polvo, limpiar ventanas, etc.
